Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue – Stacey & Barry
On Wednesday the 28th of October 2015 our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue was all geared up and ready to go for Stacey and Barry’s amazing wedding. The beautiful bride travelled over to the island earlier with her mother, father and wedding planner via water taxi which was super exciting as they got to see the venue before anyone and take some time to relax.
Stacey had an incredible surprise that she shared with us before her wedding day and that was that she had found out they were expecting twins! It was so nice for Stacey and Barry to be able to share this special day in an intimate setting with 21 of their closest friends and family members.
Our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue was set up with a lovers table reserved for the newlyweds and two larger tables for their guests to keep it nice and intimate. Before their gorgeous family and friends could head into the reception room to enjoy their gourmet buffet, Stacey and Barry were married in our beach side chapel and signed their register in our Bali hut which is located in our gardens. Gary Taylor our amazing celebrant had the pleasure of pronouncing Stacey and Barry husband and wife while everyone cheered with excitement.
Even though the weather wasn’t the best on that particular day we made the decision to send our beautiful bride and groom to the surfside before the storm so the photographer could make the most of the dramatic skies. Our lovely recommended photographer, Deanne Keefe, was very lucky to be able to capture the beauty within the storm!
