The team at An Island Hideaway were getting our Gold Coast Reception Venue ready for the most important day in Tracy and Bart’s life on Friday 17th October 2014.

The wonderful guests of Tracy & Bart’s wedding were relaxing at Fisherman’s Wharf where we met them and the excited groom. It wasn’t long before we were gathering boarding the guest vessel, Spirit of Gold Coast for their trip up the calm Broadwater to our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue. While the groom and guests were en route, Tracy was already at An Island Hideaway getting ready for the moment she had been waiting for!
Everyone seemed very excited & ready for their adventure ahead!
It was time for the formalities to begin & with that we had our recommended celebrant, Gary Taylor, waiting at the end of our beach side chapel with Bart for Tracy to take her first steps to a married life! Tracy & Bart stood in front of their wonderful family & committed themselves to each other for life!
Our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue was filled with laughter and joy as the party started to take place. Our lovely room was decorated with a beach theme which included sand that was scattered down bamboo table runners with perfectly positioned tea light candles and vases embellished with starfish and pearls. It was a flawless wedding for a flawless couple.
Our gorgeous recommended photographer Diana Wakeham was there to capture every moment of the day!
