From all of the team at our Wedding Venues Gold Coast, An Island Hideaway, we want to send our condolences to Stephanie Scott’s partner and all of her family and friends. We were so saddened to hear what has happened to such a wonderful person like her.

The Wedding Venues Gold Coast industry that we are in is all about that special day for couples and making all of their dreams come true, so for something like this to happen so close to the day that they were meant to be married is completely shattering. We don’t know Stephanie Scott personally but we feel so much for everyone that is involved in the heart ache of what has happened. One can build up such a strong relationship with people through life and you can tell that is really what Stephanie had done from the tribute that took place for her.

Recently we took part in the Queensland Brides Wedding Expo in Brisbane which was held over the 10th, 11th and 12th of April. They paid tribute to Stephanie and her loved ones by carrying yellow flowers in remembrance of her and saying a few words about what that day meant which really touched our hearts and made us appreciate the wonderful things in life like the love that Stephanie and her partner had for each other.

Our Wedding Venues Gold Coast team know all too well what it is like to have highs and lows during your wedding planning stages but this is a low that no one should have to go through. We are sending all of our love and well wishes to everyone who has been involved in the loss of Stephanie and we hope that your pain is eased by remembering all of the good times and the love that she had for you all.
