Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue – Sam & Laura
Sam and Laura who both live in Spain definitely traveled a long way to spend their special day at our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue! After celebrating his 21st birthday on South Stradbroke Island a few years ago, Sam discovered our little slice of heaven and chose to be married at An Island Hideaway! Laura and Sam first met when she started working at his parents holiday park and the rest is history…They fell in love and Sam packed up and moved to Spain to be with his partner! These two are so lucky that they get the best of both worlds and are able to live in Spain and then come back to tie the knot on the shores of South Stradbroke Island on Saturday, 3rd January 2015.
We couldn’t have been happier to be able to host this celebration for this gorgeous couple! They were so happy, friendly and in love which makes our jobs so enjoyable.
Laura and Sam were all smiles on their day of love and had such a stunning bridal party which made it very easy for their friend Jess to capture all the special moments.
Gary Taylor was a major part of this day as he was chosen to join these two into a commitment for life and we also welcomed on board one of our amazing recommended suppliers that have a great new concept for wedding cakes which is called My Beautiful Cakes, thanks to Sam and Laura.
Before the sun had set at our Gold Coast Wedding Reception Venue, this radiating couple were swept off to the secluded beach side of the island for some intimate photos. You can really tell how happy and in awe of each other they were.
We are so thrilled they traveled 15,744 km celebrate their day with An Island Hideaway.
