Australian Beach Weddings – Shari & Drew
Our gorgeous bride and groom, Shari and Drew were married at our Australian Beach Weddings venue on the 29th of November 2015. These two were the sweetest couple I have had the pleasure of working with. They were extremely dedicated and organised and managed to finish both of their university degrees one week before their wedding! As I am sure you can imagine this was a very exciting time for them.
Our beautiful bride flew into her Australian Beach Weddings ceremony via Cloud9 Seaplanes and made one breathtaking grand entrance. Shari wasn’t the only one who had an exhilarating ride to their wedding though because Drew came roaring in on a speedboat with his two groomsmen and arrived just before the guests so that he could greet them as they departed the boat.
Shari walked the aisle with red and white rose petals beneath her feet and they shared their vows for each other in our beachside chapel. Shari and Drew were married by their own pastor and it would seem that the heavens agreed on this marriage as the whole sky lit up with the most beautiful orange sunset I have ever seen!
Our Australian Beach Weddings reception room was set up with black chair covers and table cloths and red chair sashes with tall vases and beautiful red roses as the centrepiece. These were supplied by our gorgeous florist Wedding Flowers by Keren. The woman behind photographing all of this beauty was the lovely Leah from Follett Photography, and she did such a great job (as always)!
To round things up at the end of the night, Shari went around and collected her rose bouquet centrepieces and handed them out to all of the special people that helped her along the way. It was a nice little surprise and one that we were so glad to be a part of.
