Wedding Venue Gold Coast – I am having a baby!
WOW! What an unexpected and crazy last few months it has been for me here at our Wedding Venue Gold Coast destination, An Island Hideaway. For those of you who I haven’t had the chance to tell yet with wedding season and a whole lot more going on, I am pregnant! I still pinch myself everyday knowing that I am carrying a beautiful baby.
These last 3 years with our Wedding Venue Gold Coast destination, An Island Hideaway, have been some of the most amazing years of my life. I was fortunate enough to score the job as Event Planner and Marketing Coordinator before taking over the Wedding planning side of things, which is where my passion truly lied. I have been so extremely blessed to have worked with some of the most amazing brides and grooms, but not only them, also their friends and family. I guess the saying is true that once you are in the right space surrounded by love and happiness life takes charge, and that is definitely something that has happened here.
I have had so much love and support from my work colleagues for this next venture of my life and I am so grateful that they have all been a part of this whole experience with me; they are more than work colleagues they truly are a part of my heart and my family.
I am sadly but so so happily taking my maternity leave from the 19th of December for 12 months. As I am sure you can imagine (well at least the brides that have had their weddings) a wedding day is absolutely huge and so much goes into it, and let’s be honest, I am not as quick as I used to be! So it is much better that our unforgettable and amazing favourite Michele, the gorgeous and vibrant Kimmy or the fantastic Mindy take care of you future brides from December onwards.
I don’t know what the next chapter holds for me but An Island Hideaway will always be my second home. And who knows a year might just be way too much time to be away from it!
I am leaving all of you in the safest of hands and that is why I felt it was suitable to write this blog, as I know that you will be looked after with the highest of services. And I also get to tell everyone, including our beloved recommended suppliers, all at once which is a bonus!
From the bottom of my heart thank you all so much for letting me be a part of your wedding and lives, here at our Wedding Venue Gold Coast. Now it’s time for me to go and live mine as a mumma <3
