Island Wedding Venues Queensland – Lynn & Jerry

Lynn & Jerry were married at An Island Hideaway – one of the leading Island Wedding Venues Queensland. An Island Hideaway is located on South Stradbroke Island, which is just a short boat journey from the heart of the Gold Coast.

The lovely couple exchanged their vows on Saturday the 16th of August 2014 in An Island Hideaway’s beach side chapel overlooking the picturesque Broadwater with 70 of their friends and family.

The reception room tables were decorated with bamboo table runners, sand, frangipanis and hurricane vases to match in with An Island Hideaway’s beach setting.

After having months of perfect days, the weather on Lynn & Jerry’s wedding day was not ideal as we had a lot of rain, but it was not an issue because An Island Hideaway is an all-weather venue. Despite the weather, Lynn, Jerry and their guests all thoroughly enjoyed themselves as they danced the night away to the live entertainment provided by the always wonderful Dr Love.
